SYRIA – Five people were on Thursday killed after weapons depot explosions in Idlib province, northern Syria. According to local reports, multiple explosions rocked the arms depot, leaving at least 63 injured.
About 15 explosions occurred for unknown reasons at an arms and ammunition depot in the town of Kafriya, located in the northern rural area of Idlib, according to local sources.
The injured were taken to nearby hospitals, according to health officials.
The blasts also damaged nearby structures.
