RUSSIA – A Ukrainian attack on a passenger bus in Bryansk Region left 7 people injured including 4 civilians according to local reports on Friday.
The bus is said to have been carrying employees of a local enterprise along a municipality along the Russia-Ukraine border when attack occurred.
The local Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz said that the driver was among the injured and was able to steer the bus which had already suffered damage to a nearby security checkpoint.
At the checkpoint, it’s reported that the Ukrainian forces attacked again while passengers were embarking, injuring 3 security personnel in the process.
Ukrainian Attack on Civilians
Regions bordering Ukraine have seen an increase in civilian attacks using remote-controlled drones, attacking homes, and first responders.
According to the Russian forces, Ukraine has also started to deploy long-range kamikaze drones to target deep inside Russia.
Overnight, the Russian Defense Ministry on Friday said its forces intercepted at least 221 UAVs over Bryansk, Moscow and Leningrad regions.
