Israeli Attacks in Gaza City Kill Over 14

PALESTINE – At least 14 Palestinians have been killed and others wounded in Gaza City attacks since dawn on Sunday according to medical reports.

Local medical staff said that two children were killed and others injured when Israeli warplanes bombed a tent sheltering displaced families in the al-Rimal neighborhood in western Gaza.

Four more Palestinians were killed and others wounded in an Israeli strike on an apartment in the al-Ghazali building in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in the north of the city, the sources said.

Separately, eight Palestinians were killed and others injured when Israeli aircraft struck al-Farabi School, which was housing displaced persons near al-Yarmouk Stadium in Gaza City.

Gaza City has come under sustained bombardment in recent days, with residential towers repeatedly targeted and reduced to rubble.

The Israeli army has intensified its offensive across the city, where hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians have sought refuge after being forced from their homes in northern and eastern Gaza.
