PALESTINE – Israeli attacks across Gaza Strip today have left at least 38 Palestinians dead and dozens injured as Israeli forces continue their strikes on unarmed civilians across the strip.
Israeli forces shelled civilians waiting for aid delivery in the Netzarim Corridor and Salah al-Din Street in central Gaza, killing 11 people and injuring over 65 others, a medical source said.
Six other people were killed by Israeli shelling of their houses in the town of Al-Zawayda in central Gaza.
Two Palestinians died of wounds they sustained in earlier Israeli strikes in the central and southern Gaza Strip, medical sources said.
A young man also died of severe malnutrition in the southern city of Khan Younis amid an Israeli siege on the enclave, the government media office said.
Eleven other people were killed in two separate strikes on a home and tent sheltering displaced civilians in the southern city of Khan Younis, medics said.
According to witnesses, the Israeli army shelled residential buildings in eastern Gaza City and eastern Khan Younis in the south.
Israeli fire also killed four more aid seekers near a distribution point in northern Rafah in southern Gaza.
