Israeli Attacks Across Gaza Strip Kill Over 57

PALESTINE – At least 57 were killed on Tuesday by Israeli attacks across Gaza Strip according to local reports.

A medical source said that that seven Palestinians were killed and others injured when Israeli fighter jets struck a home for a Palestinian family in the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City.

The Israeli army killed a child in the Al-Saftawi neighborhood of northern Gaza City, as another Palestinian lost his life to an Israeli airstrike in the central city.

Several Palestinians were injured in an Israeli drone strike on Shati refugee camp, western Gaza City.

The Israeli army continued to carry out home demolitions via booby-trapped devices in the northern Gaza Strip, including the Jabalia al-Nazla area and southern Gaza City, as part of a broader operation launched on Aug. 11 under an occupation plan.

In the central Gaza Strip, the Israeli army targeted a tent sheltering displaced people, killing two civilians in western Nuseirat.

A mother and her toddler lost their lives after the Israeli army hit a warehouse sheltering displaced people in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza.

The Israeli army shelled a house in Bureij refugee camp, resulting in the death of one Palestinian and wounding others, as many people, including women and children, remain trapped under the rubble.

In the southern Gaza Strip, six Palestinians, including a Palestinian couple and three of their children, were killed in an Israeli strike on their tent in northwestern Khan Younis.

The Israeli army also shelled the vicinity of Asdaa prison in the same city, without reports of any injuries.

Israel has killed more than 62,700 Palestinians in Gaza since October 2023. The military campaign has devastated the enclave, which is facing famine.
