RUSSIA – A gas explosion in Russia today, Friday, at a 10-storey apartment building in Saratov region have left at least 4 people dead and several floors collapsed according to local reports.

Several people are feared trapped under the rubble as search and rescue is undergoing.

The death toll is expected to rise.

A child is among the dead, with at least 10 people having already rescued.
