RUSSIA – The death toll from Ukrainian strikes on New Year’s eve in Khorly village, Kherson Region have risen to 27, with another 31 sustaining injuries.
The strikes targeted a cafe in the Black Sea coastal village, with initial reports indicating 24 deaths.

Local reports indicate that at least 100 civilians were in the venue when the attacks were carried out.
Among the dead include 2 children, with 5 additional minors left with injuries.

Over 26 forensic examiners, genetic, explosive and fire safety analysts have been deployed to help with the investigation.
