RUSSIA – An Antonov An-2 plane crash in Rostov region on Tuesday killed the pilot while undertaking agricultural work near Morozov farm.

According to the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the region, the crash occurred around 9:20 a.m.

“At 9:20 a.m., information was received that an An-2 aircraft had crashed during agricultural work 4 kilometers southeast of the Morozov farm,” a representative of the directorate said.

A group of forces and means consisting of 15 people and six units of equipment is working at the scene.
