US Carried Out Airstrikes in the Caribbean Killing 3

USA – Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said that the US carried out another airstrike targeting a “narco-terrorists” vessel in the international waters on Thursday.

3 men were killed in the strike.

The strike targeted a vessel “operated by a Designated Terrorist Organization” that was “trafficking narcotics” and no US personnel were harmed, Hegseth said on the US social media company X’s platform.

“The vessel was trafficking narcotics in the Caribbean and was struck in international waters,” he said.

Hegseth added that similar “vessel strikes on narco-terrorists will continue” until such trafficking stops.

“To all narco-terrorists who threaten our homeland: if you want to stay alive, stop trafficking drugs. If you keep trafficking deadly drugs – we will kill you,” he said.

70 people have been killed by US airstrikes so far and at least 18 boats have been destroyed.

3 people have survived the strikes and were later returned to their home countries.

While claiming that the strikes are targeting drug traffickers, the US hasn’t been able to provide any evidence to back these assertions.
