Israeli Attacks on Gaza Strip Kill Over 22

PALESTINE – New Israeli attacks on Gaza Strip on Thursday killed at least 22 Palestinians and left dozen others injured according to local reports.

Medical sources said that Israeli strikes targeted a residential apartment in the Al-Shati refugee camp in northwest Gaza City, killing three people and injuring others.

An elderly Palestinian and two women were killed and others wounded when Israeli warplanes struck a home in the Sheikh Ridwan neighborhood of northern Gaza City.

In the central Gaza Strip, four Palestinians, two of them children, were killed when the Israeli army targeted a residential apartment in the western Nuseirat refugee camp.

Five people were killed when the Israeli army shelled a house in Khan Younis, southern Gaza. The strike also sparked a fire in the site.

Israeli drones hit tents sheltering displaced Palestinians in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis, killing a woman and her child.

Five people were also killed by Israeli gunfire while waiting for the delivery of aid near a distribution point in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
