THAILAND – Thailand fireworks factory explosion deaths is at least 9, with 2 others sustaining injuries as the factory located in central parts of the country exploded on Wednesday.
The incident, which leveled the factory and damaged vehicles, happened in Muang district of Suphan Buri province, state broadcaster ThaiPBS reported.
Provincial Governor Piriya Chantadilok and other officials had reached the scene, while people were barred from entering the area for fear of likely explosions.
In January, an explosion had killed 23 people at a firework factory in the province’s Suan Taeng sub-district.
