USA – Filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife Michele Singer Reiner, ages 78 and 68, were on Sunday found dead in their home in Los Angeles with stab wounds.

The two were discovered inside their residence in the Brentwood neighborhood on the city’s west side.

Authorities did not immediately release the identity of any suspect and no one was in custody as of reporting this.

Paramedics were called to the home at about 3.30 pm Sunday, the report said, with police officers being dispatched shortly afterward.

Reiner, 78, is an actor and director whose films include The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, and A Few Good Men, which received an Academy Award nomination for best picture.
